ALAN E. ZEFFER
Mr. Zeffer is seasoned executive with extensive experience working with both public and private companies including global automotive, medical device and consumer product companies.  Currently, Mr. Zeffer is CFO and member of the board of Financial Gravity, Inc. a wealth management firm, and has an active financial consultancy primarily focusing on industrial companies.

During his career Mr. Zeffer has worked with several large private equity managers including Forstmann, Little & Co., Hicks, Muse and Co. and Hicks Hass, Inc. Mr. Zeffer has held numerous senior executive and board positions including President, CEO and board member of American Health Products Corp.; President and COO of EFA Processing, LLC; and Managing Partner of Quest Capital Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Zeffer has served on the boards of American Health Products, Corp. (NASDAQ) Universal Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ), Cloud9 Holdings, Co, Inc. and the Frisco Education Foundation.

Mr. Zeffer attended Mercy College in Westchester, NY receiving a BS in Finance.

FREDERIC L. AGNEESSENS
Mr. Agneessens is Managing Director of Axxess Partners, the Belgian affiliate of The Armand Group, and has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions.  He has been principal shareholder of PROOST, a major Belgian book production company and, Mercura Industries, a leading manufacturer of hotel and hospitality trolleys.  Additionally, he served on the board of Saluc International, manufacturer of the Aramith billiard ball and RG International Group, the owner of the European operations of Revell, the world leader in plastic model kits and die cast collectibles

Prior to joining the Armand Group, Mr. Agneessens was President and founder of Greendrive Capital Advisors a provider of M&A services to domestic European companies.  Mr. Agneessens has also been a partner with M & A International, Brussels responsible for managing cross-border mergers and acquisitions for major U.S. and European companies.  Mr. Agneessens started his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert as an associate in their high-yield bond department.

Mr. Agneessens has a BA and an MBA from the European University in Antwerp and a Master's of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona in 1988.

JOHN P. OBER
Mr. Ober is Managing Director of The Armand Group.  Prior to joining Armand he held executive positions with Goldman Sachs, First Boston, Swiss Re, and AIG.

During his many years with Goldman Sachs and First Boston he was responsible for debt capital markets origination and trading.  Later, at AIG and Swiss Re Mr. Ober became an expert in the application of insurance-based risk capital and ran the Midwest units for both these companies.

Prior to their sale in 2012, Mr. Ober was a principal shareholder and served on the board of Saluc International, the Belgian domiciled manufacturer of the Aramith billiard ball and was CFO and director of RG International Group, owner of the European operations of Revell, the world leader in plastic models and die cast collectibles.

Mr. Ober received his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.  Additionally, he is a CPA in the state of Illinois.

DENIS ARMAND MOLA – CHICAGO

DENIS ARMAND MOLA
Mr. Mola founded The Armand Group in 1976 and serves as Managing Director.  From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Mola also served as a Managing Director of ARMCOR, Ltd., the Investment Manager for Tiense Suiker International of Brussels, Belgium, one of the world's largest integrated sugar processors.  Mr. Mola was responsible for overseeing Tiense Suiker's United States acquisition program.

Mr. Mola has served on numerous corporate boards.  Prior to their sale in 2012 he served as Chairman and principal shareholder of Saluc International the Belgian manufacturer of Aramith billiard balls and RG International Group, the owner of the European operations of Revell, the world leader in plastic and RC models; and die cast collectibles.  In the past Mr. Mola has been a director and principal shareholder of Marsco Manufacturing Inc., Honeycomb Structural Products and Optica Inc.  

Mr. Mola began his career at American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago.  Mr. Mola holds a BA in economics from St. John's University and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
