BUYER SERVICES

When advising on a buy side assignment we work closely with management to review acquisition strategies and criteria and to identify acquisition candidates.  Later, we provide valuation analyses and assists in negotiating, financing and closing transactions.  Post-closing we can provide or arrange strategic and financial management assistance at the board level.
